Policies: •No kids- although I love your kids so much, it is not the safest environment for them. •Please book for exactly the service you are needing. I plan for the exact amount of time as was originally booked, so if you decide on something different it may have to be done at your next appointment. •Arrive with clean hair if we are only doing an extension move up. Unless you book for a wash and extension move up. •No more than 3 day old hair so I can ensure the color will take as best as possible. •No ear piercings at least 3 weeks before your appointment. I try my best to not pull at them, but unfortunately I’m working right around your ears and it’s really hard to avoid. I also don’t want to get any hair color in your freshly pierced ear that is healing ◡̈ •Avoid wearing clothing you don’t want ruined. I do my best to not get any color or bleach on your clothes, but sometimes the cape doesn’t protect as much as I want it to ;) •If you don’t confirm your appointment within 3 days of your scheduled time, I will assume you can no longer make it and fill your spot with someone on my waiting list. •I will only be accepting cash and card payments from now on. Cancellation Policy

48 Hour Cancellation Policy: I understand that sometimes it is necessary to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Because my time in Utah is so limited to fit in all my clients, I will now require a 48 hour cancellation notice so that I can find time to fill your appointment. If you cancel within 48 hours, you will be charged $50. If you cancel within 24 hours, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. Same day cancellation/no shows will be charged for the full service they were scheduled for. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be charged a $25 late fee. Or may have to reschedule your appointment.
